Paul Strank and Sons Roofing are proud to offer a pre-purchase survey. This includes a detailed viewing by one of our extremely experienced estimators. They specialise in every department, including timber structures of the roof, life expectancy, possible future maintance contracts and insulation, which could save you money in the future. Full picture evidence will be obtained. Reports are issued within 24 hours from the date of the appointment. We are able to collect keys from estate agents if required.
The cost for this service is £100.00 plus VAT which will be charged at the current rate. If any work is required and you instruct us to undertake this work, the report charge will be deducted from the costing of the works.
