The Challenge: To provide a robust, sympathetic cost effective solution

Location: St Martin's Church Merton

We were approached by St Martin's church when they discovered a leak in two areas of the flat roof of the main church building. The primary goal's were to address the leak in the most effective way whilst not altering the character of the building. We identified the cause of the leaks and recommended two courses of action. The lower roof section (see picture) had deteriorated to the point where complete renewal of the flat roof was necessary. Careful examination of the upper flat roof revealed that renewal was unnecessary, and a cost effective repair of the flat roof was undertaken.
